Founded in 2010 by myself, Joe, along with my wife and sons, our venture into the gourmet popcorn industry was sparked by a serendipitous discovery during a trip to the USA. There, I encountered flavoured popcorn that was unlike anything I’d tasted before. Intrigued and inspired, I returned to London with a mission to revolutionise the popcorn scene back home.
Our journey began in the heart of our home—our family kitchen. Nights were filled with the aroma of popping corn and the excitement of experimenting with different flavours and recipes. We spent countless hours perfecting our craft, determined to create something extraordinary. It wasn’t long before Joe & Seph’s was born, and our kitchen creations began to take shape into what would soon become a beloved gourmet popcorn brand.
One of the key elements that set us apart is our innovative approach to flavouring. We use a unique “flavour-sequencing” technique, which allows the different flavours in each piece of popcorn to be tasted in sequence, providing a multi-layered taste experience. This method ensures that our popcorn is not only delicious but also offers a sophisticated and surprising palate journey.
