Claire Stones' journey journey from adversity to a best selling spiritual author
Reflecting on her growth journey from challenging beginnings as a young carer to finding spirituality, Claire Stone discussed her daily routine, the rebranding of her Angel Mystery School, personal journey and spiritual beliefs. She shared insights on social media, posting meditation inspiration for content creation and coaching services, offering psychic readings and holistic therapies.
We had an in-depth conversation about Claire’s journey finding her niche and building her community, “I was a young carer for my alcoholic mum and my twin sisters who were eleven years younger than me. When I was 13, I was running the house. I wasn’t going to school. My mum was always drunk in bed”. Stone discusses further about her struggles with anxiety and agoraphobia (a fear of being in situations where escape might be difficult or that help wouldn’t be available if things went wrong) and how “it was really stressful for a teenager to go through, with no help from anybody”.
She describes her life had gotten to a “rock bottom moment” and that’s when she began looking for the meaning of life. “I was on this mission then, studying Buddhism, Wicca, Shamanism, all religions, spiritual practices, I was obsessed with everything”, completely self-taught Claire became well known in her community and was referred to as ‘the angel girl’ or ‘the white witch’ by her peers. After 30 years’ in her industry Claire explains how she dedicates her life to helping others, “…because if I can get through all this, so can other people.”
The book ‘The Female Archangels’ is extremely well reviewed with hundreds of 5-star reviews available on Amazon and Kindle.
Another part of Claire’s work is her award-winning academy, The Angel Mystery school. A membership where her like-minded members have access to on-demand content, meditations, workbooks, videos and energy protection. There is also monthly Zoom calls with Claire herself and meet-ups where she hosts her community. It is currently rebranding due to Claire wanting to help as many people as possible, “whatever path you’re on, come in and I can help you in some way”.
Claire discussed her day-to-day routines and revealed the first thing she does is post on social media so that “ as soon as my followers log on, they’ve got some inspiration for the day ahead. I do that before I even get out of bed”. Stone prefers to be present with her social media expressing that if she does schedule something, it's for a special occasion. She details how she works with what nature’s doing and the moon, so her members know what that means in terms of their spirituality. Every day is different for her and she thrives on her monthly routine, “I have a fortnightly newsletter so I could be writing an email today. You know, I could be creating a blog from a website. So each day is different… Last night I was doing psychic readings, about an hour away for 25 influencers and celebrities at a private party. So I was working until ten last night doing one to one psychic readings”.
The most powerful manifestation method Claire practices is ‘The Silver Method’. “I absolutely love this hypnotherapy exercise... When you can control your brainwaves and you can get into alpha, you can override your subconscious mind and create new neural pathways. Like, this is metaphysics, this is spiritual science... Silver method is amazing because it gets you into alpha and that's what you need to override the old paradigms, it's our attention that is co- creating our reality”.
You may recognize Claire from a few TV show appearances including ITVBe’s ‘The Real Housewives of Chesire’ where she enjoys getting dressed up and says “one of the directors said that I should be a director because I turn up and he says, just do whatever Claire says”. Also appearing on Channel 4s ‘Steph’s Packed Lunch’ where she conducted an experiment with people to test the presence of guardian angels where they had to chose something niche they wanted to be shown e.g. a purple lamborghini, encouraging people to be open minded about spiritualism and “If you don't think it's real, then so what? You've not lost anything”.
Looking ahead, Claire’s creative ventures continue to evolve, with an upcoming deck of oracle angel cards and a new book, ‘The Rich Witch,’ on the horizon. With her vibrant online presence and dedication to her community, Claire Stone’s journey is one of inspiration and empowerment.
