Charlotte Harris, Inkspot's publishing assistant, grew up in Chipping Norton and graduated from Cardiff University with an English Literature degree in 2023.

During her time at university she was the Columnist of Quench Magazine, writing frequent articles on lifestyle and literature. Charlotte has also completed placements at Literature Wales and River and Bear Marketing, and currently works as a teaching assistant alongside her work at Inkspot.

She is, of course, a keen reader with a particular love of rural romance novels and memoirs.

David Brockway is a forward-thinking leader with an extensive track record in the rewards industry. Tarma Bayliss BSc (Hons) is a member of the British Psychological Society and BABCP and is also EAGALA Certified, and she has lived and worked throughout Europe. As a practising counsellor, she adheres to the humanistic approach and truly believes everyone has the capacity to change if they are willing to put in time and work. She is person-centred, which means that you are the expert on your life, as you know yourself best. Being a mother to a disabled child, she also has a keen interest in the area of disability and well-being and the links with nature with animal related therapy centres in the UK and Spain. She is a keen rider and is health, nature, animal, and equine orientated.

Cathy was born and brought up in Africa, living in tiny communities in the heart of the African bush. She worked in Durban for two years after leaving school, then decamped to the UK and worked in the City for 20 years. 

She’s the editor of fiction junkies, a website which publishes short stories of all genres by authors around the world. Her first novel, The Wrong’un, was published by Unbound in 2018. 

Cathy is a trustee of the Chipping Norton Literary Festival and organises the annual ChipLitFest Short Story competition, which usually receives around 300 entries every year. She lives in Oxfordshire with her husband and daughter. She also has three grown-up stepdaughters.

She set up Inkspot Publishing with Jurcell Virginia in 2022.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Mike has been actively involved in the design and creative industry since 2009, consistently demonstrating his expertise and passion. With a strong focus on creative thinking and art direction, he has gained valuable experience working in both local and global advertising agencies.
Over the years, he has overseen and managed the creative process, from above-the-line to below-the-line, to achieve the outcome and specialise in creating visual identities that effectively convey the essence and values of a brand.

He is adept at following guidelines when necessary to ensure that the message, brand, and problem are effectively addressed.
